First things first, ahgong's hospitalised after a very bad fall. :(

GET WELL SOON, YOU KNOW WE ALL LOVE YOU!

Uhh. So this morning I had track, 100m and 400m time trial.
100m was rather good, a slight improvement from the previous time trial and 400m was horrible again. I CAN'T CURVE!
It pisses me off to think that up till now I can't break that 70 seconds barrier. Yea yea i'm slow but this's the third 400m of my entire life. Self consolation sometimes do work on me. (:

And I heard from Samantha that I'm in 301'08. Triple science geog ftwin!

Hari Raya Haji, so I'm more or less stoning at home now. Well, just a quick recap of my week so far to keep my blog alive.

MONDAY
Track.
- drills
- 6 x 40m
- 4 x 300m (I realised I've got some stupid problem curving. Ahh, 400mH how!)

Wushu.
I was basically just training on my own cause the rest had to do some rehearsal for today's end-of-holiday-class performance. Haha I didn't want to perform (that's such a good reason but an invalid excuse :D lol).

TUESDAY
Wushu.
I spent most of training watching their rehearsal. Haha, NG so many times but I should say it's not that bad luh.

GATE CRASHING A CHALET IS SO FUNNN. (:

- 15 x 200m (I slacked like nobody's business cause I was freaking tired. Some asshole spammed calls at 2plus in the morning and my sister had to keep me awake by coughing throughout the night.)

Wushu.
Last training of the year. It was really tiring and sickening training everyday, sometimes even twice a day luh. But now I've suddenly got so much free time, I don't really know how to spend it.
